About Chef

Meet Chef Ross Dakin

Naturally passionate about food, Ross cooked for the family at a young age, and
formalized his natural talent for food as a student at Paul Smith's College and
Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. 


His passion for food and wine has led him to lauded establishments all over the
world, including:
